ABOUT SSIP

• Government of Gujarat has developed a policy for providing assistance to Startups/ Innovation. Under this scheme, any individual/ group of individuals having innovative idea/ Concept will be eligible and/ or Universities/ education institutions, Incubation Centre/ PSUs/ R&D Institutions/ Private and other establishments will be eligible as an institution to support and mentor to innovators as approved by Committee.

• Startup is an entity that develops a business model based on either product innovation or service innovation and makes it scalable and replicable so as to be self-reliant. Startup may also be an entity that satisfies the requirements of the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP),Government of India, notification dated 17.02.2016 as specified in the G.S.R. 180 (E).

SSIP વિશે

• એક એવા મંચની રચના કરવામાં આવશે જેમાં નવા પ્રયોગોને અભિવ્યક્તિ મળે, મદદ પ્રાપ્ત થાય અને એવી તક સર્જવામાં આવશે કે જેથી પૈસાનું મૂલ્ય વધે અને એનો લાભ ઘણા બધાને મળે.

• જે નવસર્જક (ઈન્વેન્ટર)ને કમિટી દ્ધારા માન્ય કરવામાં આવે કે જે આઈડિયા કે કન્સેપ્ટ સ્ટાર્ટ અપ માટે સ્વીકૃત કરવામાં આવે તેને યુનિવર્સીટી, શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થાઓ, ઇન્કયુબેશન સેન્ટર, PSUs, R & D સંસ્થાઓ વગેરે દ્ધારા સહાયતા અને માર્ગદર્શન આપવામાં આવશે. આવા સ્ટાર્ટ અપ (નવી શરૂઆત) અર્થવ્યવસ્થા માટે સૂચક બની રહેશે. ટેકનોલોજી દ્ધારા અર્થતંત્રને મજબૂત બનાવી શકાશે.

• સ્ટાર્ટઅપ એટલે એવો વિચાર જે નવો ઉદ્યોગ ઉભો કરી શકે કે ઉત્પાદનની નવી ક્ષમતા રચી શકે કે સર્વિસ સેક્ટર (સેવાના વિભાગો)માં કંઇક નવું જ આયોજન કરી શકે જે ઉચ્ચ માપદંડ ધરાવતું હોય અને અનુકરણીય હોય – આ બધી જ બાબતો દ્ધારા આત્મનિર્ભર બની શકાય.

• સ્ટાર્ટઅપ દ્ધારા ભારત સરકારની તા. ૧૭-૦૨-૨૦૧૬ ની G.S.R. 180 (E) The Department of Industrial policy and Promotion (DIPP) ની જરૂરિયાતો પણ પૂરી થઈ શકે છે.

KEY OBJECTIVES

• With support of Student Startup & Innovation Policy of Government of M. N. College, Visnagar aims to create an integrated, state-wide, innovation ecosystem to support innovations and ideas of young students and provide a conducive environment for optimum harnessing of their creative pursuit.

• Creating environment for creativity to flourish and a support system for students to allow ample support to ideas for better execution.

• Build internal capacity of educational institutions and key components of the innovation ecosystem to enable deployed processes to make sustainable impact at scale.

• Create a common platform to showcase, support and upscale innovations as well as for an opportunity to create value for money and value for many.

OBJECTIVES (હેતુઓ)

• ગુજરાત સરકારની SSIPઅંતર્ગત એમ. એન. કોલેજ, વિસનગરને કેન્દ્ર બનાવવામાં આવ્યું છે, જે સમગ્ર ગુજરાતના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સ્ટાર્ટઅપ / ઇનોવેશન (નવી શરૂઆત / નવ વિચાર) માટે પ્રોત્સાહન પૂરું પાડશે.

• SSIP અંતર્ગત પ્રોજેક્ટ લાવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીને પૂરતી મદદ કરવામાં આવશે. તેના વિચારોના યોગ્ય અમલીકરણ માટેનું વાતાવરણ આપવામાં આવશે, જેમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પોતાની સર્જનાત્મક પ્રવૃત્તિઓ માટે મહત્તમ લાભ મેળવી શકે.

• વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પોતાના નવા વિચારોને અમલમાં લાવી શકે એ માટેની પર્યાપ્ત સહાય આપવામાં આવશે.

• શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થાઓમાં આંતરિક ક્ષમતા ઊભી કરી, નવા પ્રયોગો કરવાની પ્રક્રિયાની એક શ્રેણી રચવામાં આવશે.

• એક એવા મંચની રચના કરવામાં આવશે જેમાં નવા પ્રયોગોને અભિવ્યક્તિ મળે, મદદ પ્રાપ્ત થાય અને એવી તક સર્જવામાં આવશે કે જેથી પૈસાનું મૂલ્ય વધે અને એનો લાભ ઘણા બધાને મળે.
